Pilot Scope
Prior to meeting with our team, define the scope below:
- Who are the participants of the pilot program including users, managers, and support personnel?
- What are the user roles and expectations for each role?
- What are the essential features you want to see during the pilot? If possible, list these in order of priority
- What non-essential features would be nice-to-have?
Training and Set-up Meetings
Once we receive your pilot application, we will contact you and ask the
following:
- When is the kick-off date?
- When is the best time to meet, and who are the participants in the training and set-up meetings?
- Who is the point of contact for this project?
- What is the duration of the pilot program?
- What is the preferred method of feedback?
Check-Ins
During the pilot, we will host daily meetings with your team to review
any questions, feature change requests, or issue reports. Its our goal
to work closely with you during this period so you can fully test drive
Pharmalite.
Follow-Up and Next Steps
At the end of the pilot, a meeting will be held with all participants
to discuss results, concerns, enhancements, and next steps.

What is the duration of the pilot?
An ideal pilot time is 6-8 weeks. During this period, you will be able
to test all features in a real-world environment, provide feedback and
determine whether the product is ideal for your going forward plans.
When will the pilot program begin?
Pilot start and end time are determined in the initial phases. A well-defined
plan is agreed upon with time available to introduce the concept to your
team, , This is important for tracking and measuring results.
Who are the participants in the pilot?
Include the name, roles, and locations of the participants in the pilot.
Include participants that are ready to utilize all features and willing
to provide significant and meaningful feedback. We are equipped to handle
US and International users, depending on the objectives.
What features will be available during the pilot?
All available, ready-for-delivery features will be discussed during pilot
planning. At this time, the features available for the pilot will be selected.
If there is a feature was do not currently have ready for production, it
will be noted and put into consideration for development.
What is involved during the Intro Training Meeting?
A kick-off is schedule before the pilot is begun to show you and your
team how to use the application and allow the users to answer any questions.
Open lines of communication to the support team are available to get users
over the initial learning curve and ensure they are comfortable with the
application. Defined objectives and test cases are developed and agreed
upon to set a clear plan of operation throughout the pilot period. This
support team will be available throughout the pilot for any questions or
concerns that may come up. A going forward strategy for follow-up is defined
and agreed upon.
What is the formal, comprehensive review?
A more formal, comprehensive review will be scheduled after a 4-week cycle
to see if the objectives of the pilot are being met and adjust the criteria
if needed.
What can I expect going forward?
Once your team has had a chance to go over the results of the pilot, Pharmalite
is available to roll this out on a more formal basis or consider other
next steps include further pilot programs
